A group of my dear friends helped me to tell the story of the Okie folk band Black Canyon.
The band tells a Civil War love story in seven songs in seven different spots in Enid.
My favorite part of this experience so far is getting to use a laurel, which is that frilly looking plant thing that you see in movie trailers.
I want a tattoo of it.
